THE CAT

Once upon a time there was a cat... who in this case jumped sweetly between the roofs of the historic center of Osimo...!
THE CAT, curious and intriguing, comes across a little gem of a house and, intrigued, enters...!
She climbed the stairs of the semi-detached house and began to wander around in amazement…!
It was a duplex, nice and efficient...!

First of all I immediately found a beautiful terrace thanks to which I could wander freely especially on the roofs steeped in history of the centre...!
On the first floor a beautiful and bright open space living room with the kitchen and a bathroom..!
Upstairs, however, a beautiful and bright bedroom thanks to which I was able to access a very nice balcony and, on the opposite side, another wonderful terrace, panoramic, airy and full of light and life...!

THE CAT I immediately understood that that little gem in the center was perfect for living in peace and why not also as an investment...!
