Portion of industrial shed divided into several units, with adjoining shed/ storage warehouse, all located in Terni, Industrial Zone Polymer.
The compendium was made several times between 1970 and 2001, and insists on an industrial land plot of the cadastral area between covered and uncovered of 59,261 square meters.
It develops as follows:
• Canopy/ Storage Warehouse - sub 14 - develops on the ground floor with metal supporting structure and metal cover. The area in its perimeter is completely fenced with concrete wall with overlapping square mesh net. The pavement is paved.
• Building - sub 15 - reinforced concrete building and flat roof (solar slab) articulated on 5 floors above ground and one underground served by two internal stairs and hoists
• Building - sub 16 - Built on a single floor above ground with reinforced concrete structure covered and flat cover. The windows are in painted aluminium and glass.
• Shed/ Office area and services - sub 17-18-19 manufactured on one floor above ground consists of an entrance hall, meeting room, various offices and services. Internally the partitions are in mobile panels, the floors are carpeted of various types and part in stoneware.
• Building - sub 20 - reinforced concrete building on a single floor divided into the processing area, laboratory, services and technical rooms. Part of the workshops and warehouses are false ceilings, while the main processing area is all height.

The site where the buildings are located, from the urban point of view, is included in Zone D for large-scale industry (D1) of which the aforementioned chemical pole (D12), which, in turn, is substantially incorporated in a large artisan-industrial area.
Easy is the road network that allows access to the area from the main road, also for the presence of the new route connecting the same industrial area with the nearby road Marattana and the E/45-PERUGIA/ CESENA.
It should be noted that the buildings under assessment have undergone some demolition of the external coverings to allow the escape of the movable property and equipment also inside the industrial buildings subject to bankruptcy and some parts installations with particular reference to the ventilation system and the electrical system.
In any case, the plant engineering already in the previous report was considered obsolete.
