The apartment, very bright and recently renovated, is very central. It is located in Vai Celimontana, a stone's throw from the engineering faculty, a 10-minute walk from the Colosseo stop (metro B) and 15 minutes from the Manzoni stop (metro A).
It consists of a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, and two bedrooms.
The room is currently furnished with a single bed, very large wardrobe, desk and bookcase and overlooks the internal courtyard, so it is very quiet.
The price is €690 (including condominium, water and wifi) + expenses for electricity, gas and waste according to consumption (this way you can try to save a little).
The contract is for students, renewable annually.
