On a placid spring day that invites you to get lost among the streets and canals, we set off in one of the most renowned areas of the city, to discover the antique and craft shops between Campo S. Stefano and Campo S. Samuele. We cannot help but be fascinated by the elegance of the shop windows that we encounter along our path, as well as by the typical fields flooded by the sun which invite us to stop in one of their premises, a privileged place from which to admire the noble palaces, now one of the most known internationally, and the churches that surround them. So rich in art and history, this area has been chosen as a "retreat" by an exclusive clientele, lovers of the most authentic Venice and looking for a more relaxed pace of life. Set like a precious gem between the two Campi, our apartment is located in a small context, consisting of only two apartments, and is very well looked after as soon as you open the condominium door, to the right of which we find the large warehouse used as a laundry. Once through the entrance on the first floor we enter the living room where we can immediately notice the numerous windows that give light to the rooms. Adjacent to the living room, but not completely separated from it, is the eat-in kitchen. Our house is completed by the double bedroom, equipped with a large walk-in closet with window, and the bathroom with tub. San Marco is the heart of the city of Venice, the best known and most prestigious district, from at every point you are just a few steps from both Piazza San Marco and the Teatro della Fenice. This area is also very well served by all the Vaporetto lines, and by the gondola ferry, it is also possible to reach any corner of Venice in less than ten minutes.
