Cascina Zucca is a 19th century building completely renovated in 2003-2004 for hospitality use, it is surrounded by vineyards and in a dominant position on the top of the hills. Inside, twelve rooms have been created, all with bathrooms. On the ground floor a meeting room has been created, two service areas with 3 bathrooms, 3 restaurant rooms for 100 people, a shop / bar area for displaying and selling typical products, kitchen areas, washing area, pantry area and cold rooms. On the first floor there is a large mezzanine used as a living room, an accommodation consisting of a bedroom and study with private bathroom and a manager's accommodation with equipped kitchen. On the second floor, in addition to the bedrooms, an area of about 100 square meters has been created dedicated to the relaxation / fitness area. In the bedrooms, corridors and living rooms a wooden box and underfloor heating were used, while in the service areas, restaurant and meeting room, terracotta-type tiles with traditional heating were used. Where possible, the old stone or brick walls have been restored in order to preserve the charm of the nineteenth-century farmhouse.
