Building for Sale

Ref: Lan27 - The Tempocasa Torino San Paolo agency offers for sale the fourteenth floor of the Lancia skyscraper, wanted by Gianni Lancia to bring together the offices of his car company, and was designed by the architect. Nino Rosani, built between 1954 and 1957.
The 17-storey building stands approximately 70 meters high, its peculiarity in fact lies in the fact that it stands astride the underlying Via Vincenzo Lancia, thanks to the bridge structure of lattice beams in reinforced concrete resting on two dihedral bases.
Today, home to several companies, Palazzo Lancia was conceived, during the various renovations, for residential use on the upper floors.
