In the splendid setting of the sea of Villasimius stands the "I Mandorli" residential complex, a beautiful and welcoming residence located just 3 km from Villasimius and 400m from the Campus beach. This natural context is the backdrop to the wonderful villa with garden, in which you can spend a holiday full of tranquility and well-being.

At the entrance to the villa, the well-kept garden with its stone walkway leads to the covered patio where there is placed a table and chairs.

The villa has a generous size and is arranged on two levels: on the ground floor you will find the dining area with kitchenette, a double bedroom with bathroom and the large living room, which houses a sofa bed and a bunk bed. From the room there is the possibility of exiting to the internal courtyard where you will find a private shower, ideal for returning from the beach, and the laundry area with the washing machine. You can also access that same shower from the French doors in the living room. The lounge area enjoys excellent privacy compared to the dining area, thanks to the presence of a functional divider made with semi-rigid curtains. From the kitchen, stairs lead to the upper floor, where you will find a second double bedroom with bathroom complete with shower. The rooms are air conditioned, welcoming and with attention to detail.

In the house you will find all the comfort you need to make the most of your stay: in the kitchen there is a microwave oven and a coffee machine, a washing machine it is located in the internal courtyard.
The house is suitable for hosting up to 8 guests, pets are allowed.

The garden also includes a built-in barbecue, which allows you to spend pleasant summer moments and enjoy barbecues outdoors upon returning from a hot day at the seaside.

The residence is private, quiet and safe, it reserves access only to condominiums and their guests; furthermore, inside there is a convenient private car park, located right next to the villa, which will make your movements easier.

In the residence it will be possible to use the tennis, five-a-side football and basketball courts for free.

Through a gate it is easily the sea can be reached, visible 400m away on foot.
The “Su giganti” restaurant, bar, tobacconist, pizzeria, supermarket can be reached on foot.

The price entered in the advert refers to a week for 2 couples in the months of March/April/May
