Located in Monteu da Po, province of Torino, near the first Monferrato villages, this former farmhouse dates back to 1715 and was renovated in 2021 in country chic style. It is located in the town centre, beside the San Sebastiano church, dated 1600. The main entrance leads straight to the fenced garden and to the main house, in front of which there is a dependance to be renovated. The main door brings to the charming sitting room with a fireplace. On the left hand side there is the Lube kitchen with island, an office with original cotto flooring and a bathroom with original cement tiles. The sleeping area on the first floor is composed of three bedrooms, one bathroom with a vintage free-standing bathtub and a balcony overlooking the fenced garden.
