Contrada Montenegro is the closest to the city, just a few kilometers away and a three-minute drive. ESCAPE FROM THE CITY has been a process that has been rooted for years and the pandemic has increased real estate demand in search of privacy, pure air and perhaps books to read under a veranda in the company of four-legged friends. The choice of colorimetry also played an important role, warm gray for the exteriors while inside the choice migrated to a visual contrast between total white and wood-colored flooring in order to amplify the volume of the rooms. The garden of approximately 3,000 m2 has a soft distribution of spaces, the storage areas on the side, the parking area on the left can accommodate several cars but it is the natural greenery that makes the difference, here the landscape is a natural picture, an oasis of absolute tranquility to be experienced every day with the serenity that only a housing solution of these characteristics can offer.
