Single-family detached house via Sasso 109, Lizzano in Belvedere

LIZZANO this is just the right house to... be happy, to be in love, to be accomplices and cuddled.
The house is nice, new and cozy, it is in a small country hamlet.... If it is outside cute and friendly, it's wonderful inside!
There is a fireplace-stove which is right in the living room and coincidentally is right in front of the large sofa... it's certainly nice to be snuggled up under a warm fleece blanket while the stove -fireplace warms your feet and accompanies you with the flickering light of the wood that slowly burns simmering...
Here the walls are plastered and show exposed stone parts, there are some illuminated and suggestive niches each with its beautiful architrave in ancient wood... and then the ceiling: spectacular beams and ancient oak boards... Alessandro (the owner's father) tells me that these beams are the originals and are from the 1600s. And we have to believe him because they are beautiful but especially because Alessandro himself renovated the house for his daughter.
Obviously we are in the mountains and the atmosphere is precisely that of an Apennine mountain hut!
Right next to the sofa there are two beautiful niches in the wall. Illuminated and with an exposed wooden architrave... one houses an old wine barrel used as a lamp. On the opposite side of the entrance from the small but usable common garden there is the kitchen which is large and spacious, usable and comfortable just as it should be. Here on the left there is a beautiful equipped wall, a vintage green Smeg fridge in line with the toaster: a gem! In the middle there is a beautiful dining table with 8 comfortable seats and... wonder, I look up and see a beautiful exposed wooden roof, airy and attic. Can you imagine the kitchen? Look at the photos at the bottom of the advert! I now return to the living room, the fireplace is crackling there, a nice log of wood is heating the house. Now Alessandro invites me to go upstairs into the night area. The spiral staircase in iron and wood that leads upstairs is comfortable and full of details from the old house (screws, screws and irons) that are well highlighted. I arrive in the hallway at night and the room that acts as a walk-in closet opens up to me because the real bedroom is immediately above: the bedroom is the mezzanine. Fantastic: you get there by going up a pine wood staircase, worked, studied and wanted in the rough. Here is the room that inspired the name of the house: here is the cuddle nest. A nice little bedroom with a double bed, two lamps, an exposed roof, a few accessories here and there, a railing made with construction iron rods and, above all, a large darkened bark to give light to the mezzanine. How beautiful! I really like it as a home. I would love it... I imagine myself being here while it's snowing outside... calm in total silence, that of the snow coming down and covering everything.
