The business works mainly as a take-away and delivery but also has the possibility of consumption on the premises, both inside and outside the premises. The building in which the business is located is as follows - laboratory of approximately 100 square metres, with pizzeria area, kitchen area, cold storage room, area equipped with tables and chairs for about 15/20 seats, bathroom available for customers; - dough production area, storerooms, changing room and staff bathroom; - a flat of approximately 75 square metres, comprising a living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom (all furnished and air-conditioned), which can be used directly by the owner of the business or can be made available to employees; - an outdoor area furnished with tables, chairs and umbrellas to accommodate 40/50 people for both lunch and dinner. The rooms are all well organised and on peak days and times the business needs 10 employees due to the high volume of work. Outside, there is also a large insulated wood store. In addition to pizza, they currently prepare pasta dishes, cassones, piadinas, burgers and salads. On site, the business works mainly with lunchtime workers, while in the evenings it also welcomes families and groups of friends.
