In a strategic position, a few minutes from the San Siro Stadium, the Snai Racecourse and in an area with the presence of numerous offices, we offer sale Historical ACTIVITY of cold and hot food, organized and optimized in order to have customers at any time of the day. The place consists of a bar area positioned at the entrance with a large counter and cash register, ready to welcome customers. Continuing, we find the pizzeria area, equipped with an electric oven with flue and the main room with numerous seats, as well as toilets for customers. In the back of the place, with access both from the bar counter and from the main room, we find the well-equipped kitchen, consisting of hobs with hoods, ovens, plates, fryers, refrigerators and numerous other accessories, all to guarantee multiple services to customers. At the back there is also a changing room for the staff and access to the basement where we find two warehouse rooms for storing goods, other refrigerators and engines for some machinery.
The space dedicated to customers continues in the external part of the property, where there is a totally indoor space with around 30 seats, excellent for both the winter and summer seasons, being equipped with hot/cold heat pumps and a further very large space located in the garden, suitable for spring and summer with numerous tables!
