New logistics warehouse in Nogarole Rocca (VR)

A new property is under construction within the logistics district of Nogarole Rocca, 2.9 km from the toll booth of the same name on the A22 Brennero motorway.
The area is only 20 minutes from the city of Verona and Valerio Catullo airport.

The warehouse will have a GFA of 108,554 m2, divided into 6 compartments of 18,075 m2 each and composed as follows:
15,690 m2 of warehouse; 142 m2 for forklift charging; 2,054 m2 of mezzanines; 180 m2 of offices.

The cross-dock building will have a useful height of 11.20 meters and 120 loading bays.
Furthermore, it will be equipped with LED lighting and will be built according to the most modern quality standards, with the aim of achieving LEED Gold certification.

Outside there will be a parking area with:
122 private and 260 public parking spaces; 96 spaces for private trucks and 70 public ones.

The surface area currently available is 90,470 m2.
