Large rustic house dating back to 1884 entirely in dry stone. Some parts collapsed many years ago, most of the remaining structure is structurally sound and in need of radical restoration. The house is located in a dominant point of Stibiveri 20 minutes from the municipality of Chiavari, it is arranged on two bodies of 450 square meters in total which are connected by a stone bridge. There are no other houses nearby within 50 meters and the breathtaking view of the valley makes this structure dominant and unique. Silence and tranquility are characteristics of this area. The exclusivity of the building is completed by 10.65 hectares of land in various adjacent plots.
