Outside, we find two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, a bedroom with a French bed and en suite bathroom, offering a total of 7 beds, with the possibility of adding a cot. A large covered veranda of approximately 70 m2 is ideal for your outdoor lunches and dinners, while another veranda behind, communicating with the kitchen, is equipped with a built-in barbecue.

The villa is equipped with a splendid private swimming pool with a "shore effect", a covered parking space, and a garden of approximately 200 m2 for exclusive use. Through a suggestive pedestrian path, shared with other villas, you access a beach of fine sand and crystal clear water, not accessible by land but only from the common park, thus guaranteeing an extremely private environment. On the beach, 2 deckchairs and 1 umbrella are available every day.

The security and concierge service is active 24 hours a day, while the villa is equipped with an alarm and video surveillance system.
