Country house via Saponara, Cefalù

In the countryside adjacent to S.Ambrogio, in Contrada Saponara, there is this delightful 70m2 rustic house, totally in need of renovation, with an enchanting view of the Kalura gulf, and therefore of the Rocca di Cefalù, and of the surrounding green meadows.
The rustic house on two elevations, has an outdoor space, part of which could be used as a parking space, and the other could instead represent the heart of the house, where you can spend pleasant moments outdoors, in the shade of an olive tree.
At the back of the house there is another small outdoor space.
You can also enjoy the enchanting view from the upstairs windows.
The house is a portion of a large building, part of which was sold years ago and is already renovated. The external part, in front of the house, is for the exclusive use of the same.
Location and surroundings of this property:
Contrada Saponara, less than 1 km from the village of S.Ambrogio, and therefore about 6 km from Cefalù, represented in passed almost a small village within the village. The characteristic characteristic of this countryside is that of being made up of large farmhouses aligned with each other, surrounded by greenery, among orchards and olive groves, with a fantastic view of the sea. The houses are therefore all attached to each other, a particular almost fascinating, which takes us back to the past.
Today the district is inhabited by very few residents, and by some holidaymakers, who in the summer take advantage of the weekends to disconnect from the frenetic life of the cities, and come to refresh themselves in the silence of this place, to close contact with nature.
