A historical dwelling dating from the end of the 19th century in the centre of Cuglieri.
The typical architecture of the time embellishes the dwelling with solid stone walls, vaulted or wood-beamed ceilings, and floors adorned with cement tiles, giving it brightness and colour.
Arranged on two living levels, it has a practical double entrance on the ground floor: one on the main street and one on a closed alley at the back, where there is also a storeroom with external access that was used, in ancient times, as a stable with hayloft.
Two rooms, a spacious hallway and a bathroom with storage room complete the floor.
Two further rooms with a large kitchen with fireplace are located on the first floor.
The top level offers an attic with a sunny terrace.
The house is in need of renovation, but is solid, full of charming details, but can be customised.
