The main House is on two floors. On ground floor there is a living room, a dining room, a guest bathroom and a large fully equipped kitchen where you can find an oven, a microwave, a stove with 6 burners, an American refrigerator and a Nespresso for coffee.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.

The other two rooms both have two single beds each and of the two bathrooms one has a shower and one has a bath tub.

Air Conditioning is in every room of the house and all the mattresses are in latex and new. The entire structure was design by a famous Italian architect and it is made with refined taste and materials as the extra large sofa and characteristic furniture.

Suite 1 has one master bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a small living room with a single bed and a pergola that overlooks the infinity swimming pool.

Suite 2 has a master bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen. It has a pergola that overlooks the infinity swimming pool.

Outside there is a large garden with beautiful plants of brooms and lavender and a pergola furnished with hammocks to create an outdoor living room. It has a wood oven to cook pizza, a ping-pong table, a vegetable garden and a chicken coop.

The infinity swimming pool area has a cabin with a locker room with shower, a bathroom and a refrigerator.

The property confines with Umbria and it is 50 min from Rome and Viterbo, 30 min from Bomarzo with its beautiful garden, 1h from Todi and Spoleto and 40 min from Orvieto.
