The villa has a private swimming pool, 2 covered parking spaces, and a garden of approximately 300 m2 for exclusive use.

Through a suggestive pedestrian path, shared with other villas, you access a beach of fine sand and crystal clear water, not accessible by land but only from the common park, thus guaranteeing an extremely private environment. On the beach, 2 deckchairs and 1 umbrella are available every day.

The security and concierge service is active 24 hours a day, while the villa is equipped with an alarm and video surveillance system.
