General description of the property

We are a few hundred meters from the small medieval village of Cerchiara (RI). This area of 3 farmhouses is positioned between hills and mountains, just above 600 m. Accessible via local road, both from above and below, south-west exposure. Inside the property, on the right side facing south, there is a perennial stream of spring water coming from the mountain, it should be noted that the subsoil is rich in water just a few meters away

Description of the rooms

All the buildings have a destination housing, first of all the central body in which people lived until a decade ago. This is made up of three levels: Basement -2, canopy/porch; basement -1, 3 cellar and storage rooms height 2.50; ground floor, with direct access from the street, living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms.
