The house is located in the Alpisella hamlet of Ormea. The town is a mountain village located in a valley at 1,100 meters above sea level among woods, walls and rocky peaks.
The cottage is built in original stone and wood, is independent from ground to sky and has two free areas.
On the ground floor the entrance room, where there is a niche with a stone vault, divides and gives access to the three internal rooms. One room is equipped with a typical wood-burning fireplace built into the stone wall. The external stone staircase is partly covered and leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, one of which has a French door that allows you to exit onto the characteristic balcony Wood. The latter has recently been renovated and now from it you can enjoy the open view of the peaks of the Ligurian Alps.
In the basement there is a spacious cellar with a vaulted ceiling and a window.
The building needs renovation .
The property includes a plot of private land of approximately 1,100 m2, which is less than 10 meters from the house.--54bb436b12116cb0af6c542c9dcf49a9!
