We rent a bed in a double or single room to Italian GIRLS max 28 years old (other girls are already present) in an apartment consisting of a large entrance hall, two large bedrooms (about 22 m2 each), kitchen, comfortable bathroom and two balconies. The room is furnished and the renovated and clean apartment is located on the third floor of a building with a lift. The building is part of a complex of 4 buildings with a large courtyard and central fountain. Close to the courtyard exit is the public transport stop (trams 5 and 19 which connect the apartment to La Sapienza University (25 minutes), the Policlinico Umberto I, Termini station (25 minutes) and the center of Rome).
At 100 meters there is a stop for numerous buses that connect it with the Tiburtina station, and other central and peripheral areas of the city. Finally, there is the C metro stop capable of connecting the area to the whole city. The rooms are furnished, with central heating and each have an air conditioner. There is a Fastweb fiber connection.
