POZZO STRADA AREA - New construction that will be built in Via Val Lagarina at the corner of Via Don Murialdo. The building will be in energy class A4, the highest class required by the law in force which certifies that the building has an energy efficient heating and possibly also cooling system; highly performing thermal insulation and anti-seismic structure. The complex will include 18 residential units, as well as 15 garages and some useful service rooms.
