2-room flat via Pasitea, Centro, Positano

I am the owner of a Suite consisting of 2 bedrooms with 6 seats and 2 bathrooms located about 50 meters from the swimming pool, which is the largest on the Amalfi Coast, which can be used free of charge by the co-owners and guests of the Royal Hotel. I can use it directly or rent it for up to six people every year from the third Saturday in July and this year from 20th to 27th July. All co-owners and their guests enjoy a 30% discount on breakfast, lunch and dinner which they can however be consumed freely, without any obligation. The Royal Hotel has a beautiful panoramic terrace where in the evening you can sip a drink or anything else, always at discounted prices, with live music, dancing and meetings with other guests. The beach can be reached on foot or by bus with stops right in front of the entrance to the hotel itself, which is frequented by Italians and foreigners, young people, families and the less young.
The purchase of the week is for life and passes regularly to the heirs.
The Tennis Court and the Wellness Center will soon be reactivated, which can always be used at discounted prices.
For us co-owners and our guests, an average dinner costs around 30 euros per capita, i.e. almost half of what costs in a good restaurant in Positano.
The Hotel has an agreement for car parking with a garage which is about 200 meters away. Positano regenerates you and makes you fall in love with its amazing Beauty and Tranquility.
