COLLEPARDO - The town of Collepardo rises 586 m above sea level, on a relief of the Ernici Mountains in an area affected by important karst activity, which is evident in the deep gorges of the Cosa torrent, in the Collepardo Caves known as also the Regina Margherita or Bambocci caves, for the numerous stalactites that recall the appearance of dolls and puppets and in the large chasm called Pozzo d'Antullo.

The charterhouse is immersed in oak woods and overlooks the so-called Selva d'Ecio, where the Cosa river begins, on the slopes of Monte Rotonaria (Monti Ernici), at 825 m above sea level and 6 km north-east of the inhabited centre.
