Sant'Omobono Terme is an Italian municipality forming part of the Orobic Prealps chain of 3,876 inhabitants[2] in the province of Bergamo in Lombardy. It is located in Valle Imagna.
The toponym originates from the patron saint of the hamlet of Mazzoleni, which makes up the municipality together with Cepino, Selino Alto, Selino Basso and Valsecca.
The municipality of Sant'Omobono Imagna was established in 1927 with the aggregation of the municipalities of Mazzoleni and Falghera, Cepino and Selino. Thanks to a regional law of August 2004 the name was changed from Sant'Omobono Imagna to Sant'Omobono Terme.
