ATTENTION: the appraisal highlighted how the actual state appears to be different from both the cadastral representation and that of the latest building permit.

The following are the differences in the building permit compared to the actual state:
– opening of the "clearance room", overlooking viale Europa, closed;
– the window in front of the entrance door is missing;
– the access door to the room to the left of the entrance is closed (in the 2008 permit the closure is not shown, but in no case was the closure declared modification);
– part of the terrace was alienated from the living area with windows. The united portion is approximately 4.62m inclined height that follows the covering of the body that occupies part of the terrace (surface to be removed from the consistency of the terrace) this portion has a floor level three levels lower than the living room;
– the other portion of the kitchenette has access from the bedroom Bed. The partition on the living room side from the drawing should be made of masonry, but instead it has an aluminum window, without the possibility of access;
– the bedroom has no windows, from the graphic drawing corresponding to what was supposed to be overlooking the terrace ( incorporated into the kitchen) a window had to be built on the cadastral sheet the opening onto viale Europa authorized in 2008 is correctly represented;
– in the storage room a staircase with 7 risers is shown, demolished, on the opposite wall the internal height follows a flight of stairs (of another unit) which gives access to the upper floor from the street;
– a portion of the terrace is missing on the short side of the living room of approximately 7.10 mx 0.60 m;
– a portion of the terrace defined as property is occupied by a body that is not accessible from the floor, it is assumed that it must be the property of the lower floor;
The cadastral sheet, however, represents the consistency, understood as "cubic volume", of the property most in line with its current state. However, the distribution of the internal spaces is different, the dividers in the kitchen room are missing, the hallway plank is missing, the access opening to one of the kitchen rooms is not marked. Openings that have no correspondence on site are also represented. However, the representation of the window in front of the entrance is missing.
