The Rustico is located in the Municipality of Falmenta (Cannobina Valley), a hamlet of Guglio, and can only be reached on foot or by motorbike.
Once you arrive in Falmenta, you park the car and you walk in the direction of Camberto. From Camberto you continue towards Guglio. To reach the Rustico it takes about 25 minutes on foot or about 10 by motorbike.

The hut, which is entirely made of exposed stone, is on two levels:
Basement Floor: Cellar and woodshed, 15 m2;
Ground/First Floor: living room with kitchen and fireplace, bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, approximately 20 m2.
Outside there is a private terrace, with stone flooring , where you can spend quiet moments outdoors and a toilet.
The Rustico has been renovated, the roof is stone but in good condition.
Heating is guaranteed by a fireplace and a wood stove can be placed if necessary.
Not there is electricity, but solar panels can be installed.
The water comes from a private aqueduct and the connection is located in the cellar.
As for sewerage, there is a septic tank.
A few meters away ( 3-5 minutes on foot) there is a forest belonging to the property. It is ideal for all those looking for a quiet place surrounded by nature.
