The property, used in the past as a family farm, is located at 1000 meters above sea level, above San Bartolomeo, in the municipality of Cannobio, with a splendid panoramic view that extends from Lake Maggiore to the surrounding mountains, in the Prati d'Agra area.
It has excellent sun exposure and is surrounded by nature and greenery.
It is made up of a main building, some rustic buildings, one of which has been partially renovated and approximately 106,000 m2 of land and forest.
The main building is located in a large clearing and consists of two floors of approx. 140 each, and large attic:
Ground floor with large kitchen and large windows overlooking the lake, thermocooker and fireplace. Hallway, large room of over 60 m2, two closets, one with sink and tiles on the walls, and a seasoning room. First floor with 6 rooms and a bathroom, with toilet and shower, and two others completely tiled (they were used as dairy) with additional bathroom and a staircase leading to a hallway and a cellar. On this floor there is a balcony and a landing with a canopy.

Almost all the fixtures are in PVC; heating and electricity are guaranteed by a wood stove, solar thermal panels, photovoltaic, thermocooker and possible petrol generator.
Around this large main house there are three further properties:

3) Renovated stone house with room on the ground floor and attic of approximately 15 m2.

The property is located on a network of hiking trails that lead to Mount Faierone, Limidario, Giove and Cortaccio (Switzerland).
Reachable only on foot, approximately 1.20 hours, on a pleasant mule track immersed in an oak and chestnut forest on a signposted route, starting from Cinzago, municipality of Cannobio (VB) where it is possible to leave the car .
