We reach our property in a position very close to the Lido beaches, along the Gran Viale: it is a prestigious neo-Gothic style villa which was last totally restored in 2016. The restoration has kept its period character unchanged through the recovery of the original details from the beginning of the 20th century, and embellished it with many Venetian elements, such as the terrace of the floors, made with semi-precious stones.

The Lido of Venice represents the favorite seaside resort for both Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystal clear waters and beautiful beaches. The Art Nouveau style still characterizes the entire island, accompanied by the "belle epoque" atmosphere which reaches its peak at the end of summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. The Lido is easily reachable in a few minutes with various lines of public water transport and the entire island can be explored by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland.
