The house is located 4 minutes from Montespertoli and 30 minutes from Florence and 7 minutes from the “Ginestra Fiorentina” exit (fi-pi-li).
The house it is surrounded by a delightful garden (lit in the evening) full of aromatic herbs, English roses (I attach photos of our collection), irises, camellias, jasmine, wisteria and lilacs...The garden is equipped with an automatic irrigation system managed by the app. There we have created a comfortable dining area (since there is also a fireplace for cooking outside), and a relaxation area with sunbeds and a beautiful umbrella, all surrounded by flowers. The master bathroom (with shower) has a large window, while in the "husband's" study with characteristic barn windows there is an antique French tub and a fabulous Venetian chandelier. The studio also provides a very comfortable mezzanine with wardrobes along a very comfortable mezzanine with wardrobes along the entire wall. You go down to the "wife's" wardrobe in chinoiserie style with two comfortable pieces of furniture for clothing/bags/shoes and an area specifically for hang clothes.

Going further up we find ourselves in the attic: a small bedroom (queen bed with chest of drawers and its en suite bathroom (with shower).

The house is in excellent condition and does not need any reconstruction It has been furnished by the famous interior designer Andrei Dmitriev (andreidmitriev.com) and we are selling it furnished (except paintings, mirrors and two pieces of furniture) so it is also ready immediately for tourist rentals.
