New logistics warehouse in Filago (BG)

The construction of a new logistics development is planned near the A4 toll booth of Capriate San Gervasio (BG), whose position straddling the main motorway routes, the provinces of Bergamo, Monza and Brianza and Milan, will allow a rapid introduction of the commercial flow towards the final destination.
The new logistics area will be located 15 km from the A58 ring road of Milan, 17 km from the A35 Bre.Be.Mi. and 28 km from the A51 ring road.

The new logistics warehouse will be built on an area of 138,000 m2 with a covered area of 51,383 m2 and will have 62 cross-docking loading bays and a useful height under the beam of 12 m.
The project involves the construction of office blocks, external areas for car and truck parking, and latest generation systems.

Part of the property has already been rented: currently only Module B is available, which has a GFA of 26,989 m2 of which approximately 800 m2 of offices.

The possibility of any changes based on the end user is foreseen.
