Apartment to be refurbished, third floor, San Marco, Venice

We are in the heart of Venice, a few steps from Campo San Luca, the Goldoni Theater and the Fenice, Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge... all easily reachable in a few minutes... and for those arriving with suitcases... from the Rialto vaporetto stop to home you won't even have to cross a bridge. The apartment is spread over two floors, 4th and 5th and is the result of a skilful restoration which has characterized the environment. The warmth of wood envelops the entire house, creating a very intimate and personal environment. The restoration and furnishings are the work of a skilled craftsman who was able to enhance all the spaces.
On the floor we are welcomed by the living room with an equipped open kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
A gentle wooden staircase, embellished with a a wrought iron inlaid railing leads us to the upper floor where a study has been created from which you can admire the bell tower of San Marco and an attic space from which it is possible to create a guest room.
