The sale consist of buildings located in the Municipality of Tito and precisely in the industrial area of Tito Scalo and fall within the area of competence of the Consortium for Industrial Development of Potenza. Located near the Tito railway station and the Tito junction of the Potenza-Sicignano motorway junction.
The area has a total surface area of approx. 4,512, of which m2. 1,372 represent the covered surface area of the buildings, m2. 890 are used as greenery and m2. 2,250 are intended for internal roads and yards.
The buildings are divided both from a functional and structural point of view as follows:
A. Prefabricated warehouse used as a production and processing department: internal height variable from m. 6.65 in the lateral parts at m. 7.55 in the central part. Currently used for the assembly of kitchen furniture. B. Laboratory area and extraction department: located adjacent to the warehouse, with direct access from it, and is intended for laboratory and extraction department. It has a net surface area of 238.81 m2.
C. Office unit distributed on two levels served by an internal staircase: located on the south side of the lot and also with direct access to the warehouse. The ground floor consists of an entrance porch, entrance, offices, hallways, reception corner, archive, waiting room, employee lounge, bathrooms, service area including storage rooms, closets, changing rooms and bathrooms; there is also a secondary porch. D. Caretaker's house: consisting of a hallway, living room, kitchen, bed, bathroom and porch. The internal height is equal to m. 2.70. It has a net surface area of 56.57 m2.
E. External silos: has the function of storing waste material deriving from the processes carried out in the plant, with a suitable suction system for moving the material itself. The overall surface area of the silo is approximately 17.00 m2.
F. External area intended for roads, squares and greenery: has a total surface area of approx. 3,140.
