Agricultural land for Rent

Reference Code SAR302 – Enel rents plots of land with a total surface area of approximately 37.4 hectares located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Cucchinadorza and the related hydroelectric power plant. Some of the parcels of land are crossed by roads to reach the lake shore.
The rental contract will be stipulated in express derogation from law 203/1982 as regards the duration (which will be six years), the determination of the fair rent , improvements and/or transformations, termination, cancellation as well as compensation to the tenant. The amount of the annual rent is €1,704.00, to be understood as a reference value.
