In the northern and internal part of the island, in the Contrada di San Vito, 4 km from the town, in a dominant position that offers an open view that ranges from the underlying terraces cultivated with vineyards up to the sea, we offer you a property of great potential.

Within a plot of approximately 5,800 m2 we offer a renovated dammuso and a smaller dammuso to be renovated. The characteristics of the structures place their construction at the end of the 19th century. Inside the property there are two cisterns, however, the property is connected to the water supply.

THE RENOVATED DAMMUSO - HOUSING 1

From the terrace you access the second house which represents the perfect marriage between the loft concept and the architectural peculiarities of the dammuso. The entrance opens onto an open space living room with a very pronounced vault height which enhances the volume of the environment. The size and positioning of the openings made it possible to separate the operational functions of the kitchen from those of relaxation and entertainment. A hallway which also acts as a storage room leads to the bathroom. An open staircase in the living room leads to the mezzanine floor. This space located above the hallway and the bathroom appears to be an intimate and private refuge, and it is no coincidence that it has been used as a sleeping area. The commercial surface area of this second house is 49 m2.

The DAMMUSO TO BE RENOVATED
Near the access to the property we find the "sardune". A small dammuso that was once used by the farmer during work breaks and where he kept his work tools. The "sardune" is also flanked by the stable for the Pantellerian donkey. It is possible to recover this agricultural volume for living purposes and transform the "sardune" into a pleasant dammuso consisting of two rooms and a bathroom.
