Country house Contrada Bosco Falconeria, Partinico

It is a Baglio to a single body of rectangular shape with the main prospect facing to the east occupying the surface of square meters 802.50. On the other hand, there are two rustic warehouses that were once used as hay storage and a stall to the south, and wine storage in the north of the wood. Among the warehouses themselves there are two houses of houses, and at the center of the building there is an atrium of 16.10 meters for 11.50. The east-facing building hosted, between the 1940s and the 1970s, the detached part of the carnivores on horseback in Partinico. The West facing building consists of a terraced house once used for grape processing and next to it is the house reserved for the owner's home made up of a ground floor with a staircase and a foreground. The entire structure of the building's body has a thickness varying from 50 to 60 cm and has recently been consolidated with cemented pressurized injections. The storage roofs have been rebuilt with wooden trusses (overlays) with overlapping coverscap Sicilians and Insulation. The east wing roofs were also redone with wooden beams and Sicilian cover. The soles are in plaster vices except the floor in the owner's home which is reinforced concrete. The building has belonged to a wealthy landowner who built it in the early 1800s as one can read from an engraving visible in the main prospect. In addition, an inscription engraved in the stone key of the main entrance recalls the family name ("FO" Orlando Family).
The Baglio is surrounded by about 2.6 hectares of irrigation land served by the dam Jato of Partinico and is entirely fenced. The land includes a small olive grove, an orchard and great vegetable grounds. Two invasions made a few years ago, now in disuse, could provide an interesting water reserve autonomous to the farm.
