TENUTA SAN VINCENZO - SICILIA -
The baglio San Vincenzo is located in the north-east of Sicily and, more precisely, in the countryside of Menfi, in Contrada San Vincenzo, province of Agrigento (Lat. 37 613 North - 13.003 East). consisting of an ancient Baglio (the name used to indicate an ancient and fortified Sicilian farmhouse) built in the 17th century, it covers an area of 0.7 hectares which also includes a church of the time and a production area with rooms, cellars and galleries of subsequent construction (built respecting the seventeenth-century architecture of the Baglio itself). Inside the baglio we find:
A portico in front of the church - Open Gallery with sandstone columns, terracotta floors, artistic lighting, ancient stone steps and a central water feature made with a single piece of red marble that has been carved in bas-relief. A covered cloister - open gallery with sandstone columns, exteriors, thick stone walls, wooden roof and terracotta tiles, ornamental wrought iron gates, decorative lighting, herb garden, interior with centuries-old trees .
Inside the residence there are thirteen guest rooms and some panoramic terraces. On the internal courtyard, in front: the church, a room that has been used as a restaurant to host events, two large rooms with a total capacity of 300 seats, other furnished rooms and covered porches; while in a second courtyard we find the cellars and again the suggestive underground cellar dug into the rock, embellished with stone arches, walls with a medium thickness of 1.4, vaulted gallery decorated in tuff, regulatory flooring, internal gutter, with lighting systems and ventilation. Outside the garden area with irrigation and lighting systems.
On the east side, subservient to the estate, inside the 3000 m2 olive grove there is a swimming pool of truly generous proportions that overlooks the sea with a 180 degree view and for a total area of 613.8 m2. The production area consists of:
49 hectares of land with an automated irrigation system.
Bottling line with a capacity of 3,000 bottles per hour, refrigeration system, scales system, nitrogen system.
7,500 hectoliters refrigerated wine containers, chemistry laboratory.
400 KVA electric substation and generator

Agricultural machinery (tractors, bulldozers, various trailers, hoe, 4 pressurization autoclaves.
The Baglio is located in the center of an area known worldwide for its archaeological, monumental, rural and seaside excellences; exceptional even by Italian standards, especially for its history,
dating back over 3000 years.
It has its heart in what is a strategically key position, a cornerstone for western Sicily. In fact, the main neighboring destinations can all be reached in a minimum of 15 minutes and a maximum of one hour by car.
