In Ceriana, a characteristic medieval village in the Ligurian hinterland, about 20 minutes from the sea: village house on the second floor with terrace overlooking the town and the valley. At the entrance we find a hallway, the corridor leads us to a living area, kitchen where there is a fireplace, two double bedrooms, bedroom and two bathrooms. We also find a room on the first floor, currently used as storage. From the kitchen it is possible to access a portion of the attic, which leads us to a terrace, where it is possible to admire the valley. The property needs to be renovated and revamped, we are located 360m above sea level, about 20 minutes from the beaches.
