WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT THE PROPERTY

The solution we are going to propose is a detached house on three levels with a private courtyard and a small plot of land. In 2013 the roof was completely redone while in the 2000s the fixtures were replaced. Once past the courtyard and the entrance door, a central hallway connects the various rooms: on the left there is the bright living area, on the right we have the kitchen separate habitable area and bathroom with window with ceramic sanitary fixtures, shower cubicle and connections for the washing machine. Via an internal staircase we access the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms, two doubles and one single. A windowed bathroom with ceramic sanitary fixtures, bathtub and connections for the washing machine completes the floor.
Finally we have a large attic, partly habitable, mirroring the dimensions of the floors below.
From the single room it is possible to access a small balcony via French window.
The property can only be reached via a passage and a pedestrian entrance.

LOCATION AND CONTEXT

Lumezzane is an Italian municipality of 21,431 inhabitants in the province of Brescia in Lombardy. A highly industrialized centre, it is particularly developed in the metallurgy sector in general and in turning, taps, stainless steel housewares and molds in particular. On 3 October 2012 it received the title of city, handed over by the prefect of Brescia to the mayor Silverio Vivenzi during an official ceremony.
