Guests will be able to enjoy all the comforts of the apartment such as TV, ceiling fans, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and bike storage in the external condominium courtyard. Its optimal position allows for immediate access to the seafront of San Benedetto del Tronto and its cycle path, which connects the apartment to the shopping streets and to all the areas of interest that are within reach.
The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or on holiday in the wonderful Riviera delle Palme.
