Noci - Strada Vicinale Monte Imperatore, we offer for sale a historic masseria defined as "la grande" in the 1853 property list of the Monastery of the Clarisse of Noci.
It assumed the toponym "Monache" in 1650 when it was acquired by the Monastery.
Situated in the centre of the ancient Alto Bonelli state forest, the masseria was listed and subdivided in the last decade of the 19th century.
The structure presents a large masseria composed of about 20 trulli in a line forming a courtyard, plus other artefacts with "pignon" roofing, for a total of about 1,200 square metres inside and 3 hectares of land.
It is essentially composed as follows:
Five large stalls for stables, four haystacks and barns on the ground floor of the building, six rooms for storage and settlers' quarters on the first floor about 20 cones and a small rural church.
