In a residential area with a wonderful lake view, we offer a large independent villa on one level. The villa consists of two entrances, which would allow the house to be divided into a semi-detached house, double living room and kitchen overlooking the lake, four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. In the basement there is a tavern, a hobby room, a technical room and a bathroom. The property comes complete with a double garage and land surrounding the house of approximately 1300 m2.
Verbania is an Italian municipality scattered on the western shore of Lake Maggiore with 30,709 inhabitants, capital of the province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola and is the most populous center in the entire Lake Maggiore basin.
The municipality was born on 4 April 1939, by Royal Decree and by the will of Benito Mussolini, from the union of the municipalities of Intra and Pallanza, and became the provincial capital in 1992. It assumed the title of city starting from 2007 (it should be noted that previously Intra and Pallanza were respectively awarded this title).
Verbania has developed tourism thanks to its privileged geographical position; of particular interest are the botanical gardens of Villa Taranto on the Castagnola promontory and Villa San Remigio, in baroque style; therefore the city is defined as the garden on the lake, given the abundant presence of gardens and terraces. There is a mooring for ferries capable of transporting vehicles, goods and people towards Laveno-Mombello, on the Lombardy side of the lake.
