This single room also includes a 43" FHD TV, mobile fan, mobile heater and an Air Conditioned mobile unit.

The price shown is for single person use and includes all home bills expenses. The tenant will share the main house bathroom with 1 house-mate (rarely, but possibly 2 depending on occupancy). This room features also an extra bed for possible overnight guests.

Located in the Ostiense area, a neighbourhood filled with energy! You can find plenty of activities here, such as wonderful shopping locations, restaurants, cafes, and a lot more around every corner. Close to numerous services, supermarkets, offices, train station, and metro station.

House Policies:
- Common areas: respectful behaviour, and sharing responsabilities for cleaning and maintenance are expected among all tenants.
- Guests: it is free to host only 1 guest for 2/3 nights per month ("One Weekend Visit"). If there are extra guests and/or stay longer and/or come back often, permission must be obtained by all house-mates and there is a 10e. per person per night extra charge.
- Security: the entrance door is monitored by video to guarantee home safety.
- Payments: once at home, all direct payments will be either by cash or through Paypal, and only in Euros.
- Contract: no residency nor rental contract registration.
