The apartment consists of a large living area with sofa, TV, dining area and a small balcony. In addition, it is equipped with an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with wardrobe, a second single bedroom with a large wardrobe and a bathroom complete with shower and window.

The apartment is 20 minutes by bus from Bocconi University and 20 minutes by bus from NABA and Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

Monthly rates:
1.300,00 for monthly rent
300,00 for building fees
200,00 for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi)
Total of monthly cost: 1.800,00

You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
1.300: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
170,00 (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
200,00 (VAT included) for the final cleaning

Linen is not included.

IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send to Mysa Properties the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from (hidden) (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.

Ricorda che entro e non oltre 3 giorni lavorativi prima della data di check-in dovrai inviare a Mysa Properties i documenti richiesti per il contratto di affitto e pagare la prima rata di oneri accessori non riscossi da (hidden) (utenze, spese condominiali, pulizia finale, admin fee).
