The area is just 7 km from the airport and is located in the immediate vicinity of three motorways.
The Bologna Borgo Panigale toll booth along the A14 is 8 km away, while the Bologna Arcoveggio toll booths on the A13 motorway and the Bologna Casalecchio toll booth along the A1 are 10 km away.

The project includes a covered area of 28,230 m2, divided into 3 buildings of 9,410 m2 each, of which 8,910 m2 are used as warehouses and 500 m2 of offices.
All warehouses will have a height under the beam of 12.50 meters and a floor capacity of 5 t/m2.
