On the left side we find an elevation and an apartment with two floors.

HISTORY NOTES
In the 1st volume of the collection "ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY YEARS OF HISTORY IN PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES" edited by Beniamino Fiore ed. Cannarsa a postcard from 1908 is reported with the name PALAZZINO di SAN LORENZO with the following note:
"San Lorenzo. - Contrada where Cesare Michelangelo d'Avalos, in the middle of a forest, built the Palazzino, to which it was also annexed a small menagerie of fairs. Romanelli, in noting the magnificence of that place, said that the balconies of the Palazzino were made of gilded iron with crystals from Venice". (G.Strafforello, Geografia dell'Italia, 1899)
This circumstance is also contained on the website www.vastospa.it where the following news is reported:
San Lorenzo. Pleasant district where in the middle of a forest d'Avalos built the San Lorenzo building from the early 1700s with an adjoining small menagerie of fairs in a dense adjacent park, which has now disappeared. A chronicler of the time noted the magnificence of the place and reported that the balconies of the building were "made of gilded iron with crystals from Venice".
The dating of the building is around 1700 considering that Cesare Michelangelo d'Avalos d'Aquino d'Aragona he was born in 1667 and died in Vasto in 1729.
The photo from 1908 testifies to the state of conservation which is very faithful to the original.
