Guests have access to the entire accommodation, with two independent entrances .
Our apartment is furnished in typically Tuscan style with high beamed ceilings and a huge brick vault, it has a spacious and bright living area with kitchen and three bathrooms, two of which with walk-in shower, 6 beds and a sofa bed.

AVAILABLE FROM OCTOBER 2024 for temporary contracts or for short-term rentals via Booking or airbnb. The published price refers to rentals of at least 12 months for 4 people. For more people or shorter rentals please contact me for availability and prices.

We rent only in TOURIST LEASE (under thirty days) or with a TRANSITIONAL CONTRACT of minimum 12 months to be agreed in advance. Perfect for spending holidays and relaxation or excellent for living temporarily. The house has water and electricity, heating with condensing boiler, WIFI.

Price for tourist rental: on request (depending on the periods of the year).

Consumption of gas, water, electricity and wifi must be paid separately.
