Two rooms for rent, one single and one double for single use with balcony with electric shutter and provision for placing a TV. We are urgently looking for a replacement, on a 4+4 contract from May 1st. There are already 2 girls in the house and we are looking for two more roommates. The rent is 400 euros:
- 300 rental fee
- 100 condominium fee including heating and water.
