I therefore rent out my apartment where no one will be there, with the exception of my bedroom and private bathroom where I will be able to sleep sometimes when I am passing through during the trip (max one week a month, but probably less).

Private traveler rents from June to November 2024 three-room apartment in the Santa Rita area consisting of:
equipped kitchen, veranda balcony, laundry closet with washing machine and dryer, private bedroom (single or double) with exclusive bathroom.

There is another room in the house with private bathroom for the use of the owner who will occasionally be present when returning from trips (max 1 week per month).
